Start off running before Thanksgiving with a fast, flat 5k, 10k & 10-miler in the heart of Georgetown near the Nation's Capital. Both events run on the Chesapeake & Ohio Canal path.
Now offering a virtual run option for those who cannot make it on race day. You will receive a medal.
Want to upgrade your technical short sleeve shirt to a long sleeve tech shirt or hooded sweatshirt? Just add the option to your cart during checkout. This option closes on our guaranteed t-shirt cutoff date 12 days before the event.

10-Miler - 8am
10k - 8:15am
5k - 8:30am
Registration Fees
5k - $25, until October 31 ($30)
10k - $40, until October 31 ($45)
10-Miler - $50, until October 31 ($55)
T-shirts guaranteed to runners registered before November 7. We will order extra t-shirts for those who register after that date, but it is on a first-come first-served basis.

Race Day Registration
There will NOT be race day registration. The park service does not allow it.
Hotel Reservations
If you're traveling in town, we suggest the Washington Marriott Georgetown (about 1.25miles from the Start/Line). Call them at 202-872-1500 for our group rate and let them know you're doing the Bishop's Events race and the race date. Reservations need to be made 4 weeks prior to the race.

There is parking along Water Street and several parking garages on Water Street.
