DDR Dash Start Time: October 19th, 2019 8AM
Runners Receive a finisher medal and will receive shirts if they register before August 1st. Extra shirts will be purchased, but runners may not receive them if they register after August 1st.
Virtual Race Registration:
Now-August 1st
Virtual Race Participants will acquire a packet in the mail containing a medal and a shirt. Costs of shirt, medal, and shipping is included in the price. Shipping will begin as soon as Headquarters Young Marines receive the shirts. Shirts will be received no later than October 19th.

Information about where the money goes: All proceeds benefit the Young Marines. The Young Marines strengthens the lives of America’s youth by teaching the importance of self-confidence, academic achievement, honoring our veterans, good citizenship, community service, and living a healthy, drug-free lifestyle. The Young Marines promotes the mental, moral, and physical development of its members. The program focuses on character building and leadership and promotes a lifestyle that is conducive to being productive members of society. The mission of the Young Marines is to positively impact America’s future by providing quality youth development programs for boys and girls that nurtures and develops its members into responsible citizens who enjoy and promote a healthy, drug-free lifestyle.
The purpose of the DDR Dash 5k: “Enrique “Kiki” Camarena was a Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) agent, who lost his life in the effort to keep harmful drugs off the streets of America. In commemoration of Kiki’s sacrifice, and in acknowledgment of the thousands of agents and officers just like him who strive to make our world a safer place, the Young Marines run the Drug Demand Reduction (DDR Dash) 5K as part of our national Red Ribbon Week efforts.“
