2019 RACE DAY: Thanksgiving, November 28, 2019
Race time: 8:00 am start time. Runners to line up in front with walkers/strollers behind.
Kids 100m Fun Run will begin at 9:15am. Fun run is designed for kids under the age of 12.
EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION (ends November 1): $20 per participant. T-shirt is guaranteed if registered by 11/1. Extra shirts will be ordered and available on a first come, first served basis after November 1. Early bird packet pick up: Wednesday, November 27 from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Powell Wellness Center
REGISTRATION November 2 – November 27: $25 per participant. Pick up packet day of race, 7:00-7:45 am.
DAY OF RACE REGISTRATION November 28: $35 per participant. Cash or check only. Day of race registration time: 6:45 am – 7:45 am. Day of race packet pick up: 7:00 – 7:45 am
Race Waiver: Can be filled out ahead of time here.

Turkey Trot Rules, Regulations, and Services
Registration fees are non-transferable & non-refundable. An entry can only be used for the person registered for the entry. Entries cannot be deferred to the following year or a future event. If the event is cancelled due to weather, credits and gift cards for the value of registration will be issued.
Parking: Please park across Madison Road at Meadowbrook Shopping Center or in the lot adjacent to PWC at Mulberry Commons. The PWC parking lot will be closed to vehicles.
Strollers: For the safety of this event we ask that all strollers line up at the back of the starting runners/walkers.
Pets: NO pets allowed
Timing and Results: The timing for this event will be shown at the finish line. Individual participants’ race times provided by Bishops Events.
Kids Corner: Child care in PWC’s Kids Corner will be available from 7:00 am –11:00 am. Free for those children who are part of a PWC or CSF membership plan. There will be a $5 charge for non-members to use for a 2 hour limited time. Please let us know in advance of the race if you need child care.
Hydration: There will be a water station at the dead end of Stoneybrook.
Awards: Top 3 overall (men and women), top in each age group (19&under, 20-29, ... 70+)
Refreshments: Complimentary bagels, fruit and water will be available after the race.
Shirts: Adult and Youth size S-2XL will be handed out when race packets are picked up. Race shirts guaranteed for early bird registrants; available as supplies last for other registrants.
