This event is an in-person race and all waves will be under a 50-person limit. We will send more wave info out the day before the race, as needed. Limited t-shirts will be available for those who register within 12 days of the race. We encourage participants to bring their own water. Masks are appreciated during check-in, but are not expected during the race.
Points count towards our Year-Long 5k, 10k, & Back of the Pack Series. Points will also count towards our Winter Series. Find more info about the series here.

Come out and enjoy this scenic, flat 5k & 10k in the heart of Georgetown near the Nation’s Capital. Both events run on the Chesapeake & Ohio Canal path.
Walkers and strollers are welcome to attend this event.
Now offering a virtual run option for those who cannot make it on race day. You will receive a medal.

T-shirts guaranteed to runners registered before July 29. We will order extra t-shirts for those who register after that date, but it is on a first-come first-served basis.
